pram talks

Pram Talks is an interactive audio performance for two parents at a time. Parents from across the Northwest have been sharing their stories with us about the highs and the lows of parenthood. Come and eavesdrop on their conversations as they discuss such things as: Romance after a baby, breastfeeding in public, traumatic births, what they are really thinking during the 3am feed and Post Natal Depression. Pram Talks invites you to reflect on your own story and to start conversation with the person sitting next to you; by asking the questions you may not have thought of asking.

"This was the most moving, emotionally evocative and informative experience that made me feel 'normal' again!"

"I wish I had this a year ago! I might have accessed help earlier and felt better sooner. It has reassured me as well as bringing back some good memories I'd forgotten"

"I wish they have had support like 'Pram Talks' when my daughter was younger"

"Finding out you actually aren't the only one going through this even though it feels this way at 3am"

"Hearing that your not the only one who's anxious, you are the same as everyone else"

"I think it was beautiful, interesting and needed"

"I think it would be really good for mums to hear so they know they are not alone when they are experiencing the same emotions"
