"There is something you have to do…listen to yourself very carefully because this is something very important…very significant…but the sense of falling and the silence is haunting and profound and beautiful all at the same time…"
This thought provoking, immersive, multimedia performance written by David Coggins explored one man's journey through memory and examines how the events and incidences of our lives shape who we are.
Audiences experienced Danny's drowning through the use of sound design. Through this we heard his thoughts in the present tense as his memories interrupted and sometimes slowly sometimes violently into his head space. Real live dialogue intermingled with recorded dialogue giving a cacophony of sound and thoughts respresenting Danny's struggle to live and breathe.
